To begin:
MTA has the experience to create invitations that will set the tone for your event and make your guests feel welcome right from the start. Once guests begin registering through MTA´s convenient on-line system, MTA will monitor response to invitations and contact guests who may need encouragement or special assistance.
Next:
MTA will handle travel arrangements by locating the best options in air travel, hotels, and ground transportation, while keeping economy in mind. They will also work individually with any of your guests that have unique travel needs. We keep careful documentation regarding each of your guests in order to ensure easy travel and transport to the meeting.
Prior to your event:
MTA will develop and distribute all needed supplies and orchestrate their delivery to and from the program site with maximum efficiency. Concerned about those confidential materials being left behind? Don´t be. One of our experienced Conference Directors or Event Planners takes care in going to each meeting room to ensure those classified items are boxed up and sent to your office.
Once your meeting is underway:
MTA´s on-site global management team will see to it that your meeting is as elegant and well-designed as you have envisioned. Everything you need for your meeting will be made available to you, whether it´s audiovisual equipment or custom-made meeting documents, all of your needs will be met to ensure your meeting is a success.
After your event:
MTA will provide you with a CD containing a database of all meeting information including updated contact information and interaction with the invitees. The CD also
includes registration forms, air travel itineraries attendance rates, costs and reconciliation. As an added service, our post-meeting summary will include suggestions for future improvements.

Or perhaps your keynote speaker is not available to travel to a location at a time that is best suited for a face to face meeting. In those instances, we offer our E-meeting and Hybrid meeting solutions.
Our team of Experts will consult with you to establish the requirements of delivering your message via the web, be it video-taped and uploaded for on-demand viewing or live, where we can virtually bring your speaker or group of participants "into the room."
