- Work with a scaled budget to create a lush “over-the-top” experience that exceeded client expectations
The Results
- A mood board communicated our ideation of the theme to final execution
- Small theme details were thoughtfully placed throughout the evening, such as Cuban coffee can florals, wooden name cards, a branded cigar station, fedora wall, and a surprise flamenco performance
- Cost-saving measures were taken without affecting the overall aesthetic, such as décor selections and utilizing existing plants and florals
- Attendees experienced a “Wall of Fame”, where winners honored their guests with sentiments and photos, illuminated and placed on a boxwood wall. Afterwards, guests took home their frames as a keepsake.
- All were encouraged to dress in Havana style via an inspiration board, which further enhanced the theme and created fantastic, cohesive photos post-event
