Connection, Sustainability, and Engagement through Creative Production
A Global Commercial Leadership Meeting for 150 attendees with a focus on strategic leadership planning in Dublin, Ireland.
Based on the attendees’ feedback and surveys from the previous year, our customer’s goals for this event were to both provide engaging content, and also have intentional time to reconnect. Additionally, they wanted their meeting to have elements of sustainability.
Used attendee feedback and customer’s goals to design an event and curate activities that would engage and connect the attendees of the Global Commercial Leadership Meeting in Dublin.
To accomplish the goals of the two-day event, including sustainability awareness and increased overall engagement, interactive technology was a key core component including digital signage, a customized event app, monitors, Meeting Owl camera for video conferencing, interactive LED video wall display, and textured lighting with multi-dimensional AV features.
Attendees enjoyed an evening welcome reception with a traditional Irish band performance from a circular stage.
For sessions, multi-leveled (3 levels) lounge furniture provided stadium-style seating designed for a more highly engaging experience.
Attendees further engaged through teambuilding activities – a CSR event supporting the Jack and Jill Foundation and a unique team-building musical activation.
Attendees enjoyed an elegant black-tie gala dinner and awards. The experience began at the historical Trinity College Long Room Library then escorted by Irish bagpipes to Trinity College’s 18th century Dining Hall for dinner and awards and band performance.
AV production was an integral feature of the gala event, using textured lighting to create a fascinating ambiance.
